Kata ashi dori (single leg hold drop) is a Judo technique now banned in competitions.
Uke is unbalanced to the right side back, his right leg slightly in front. Tori puts his right foot forward and on the outside of Uke’s right foot and advances his left foot abreast of Uke’s left foot.
The lines of the feet therefore form an obtuse angle. Tori being entirely at Uke’s right side. At this moment Tori places his right hand under his left hand, he pushes Uke’s shoulder backwards. The movements of his arms are complementary so as to throw Uke backwards.

0:57-1:00 minute, nice distraction or seems very funny, relaxed. . .cool way of doing it (including the palm strike distraction).
However, I don’t like the dragon. . .
Hi Sarah,
what symbol would you use instead of the dragon?
I wait for your suggestion
Cheers
