Ushiro kesa gatame video
Info about "Ushiro kesa gatame video"
Ushiro kesa gatame (rear scarf hold) is a Judo pinning hold, one of the variations of kesa gatame. To perform the technique, sit down by their head on one side of a laid-down partner – with your legs in the same direction as theirs. The arm nearest your opponents head goes either under their shoulder to their belt, or with your arm tight in the armpit, again, holding on to them near their belt if you cannot reach their belt. The other arm is then tucked underneath your armpit. Alternatively, you can hold the other side of the arms. [1]
